  1. Oh Miss Chelsea, if I could consistently do a couple of these things, I wouldn't have to avoid the scale.

  2. Lol. I understand. I think you should determine a few or maybe just one that is realistic for you to accomplish and give yourself a short timeline. Ask yourself this question, "am I really going to do this?"

    For example, maybe your goal is to drink more water. Well, take a bottle of water (or 2) to your next meeting. Let your goal be to finish it by the end of the meeting. You may find that you are more alert as water helps promote energy. The more water you drink, the more you crave and that's not a bad thing.

    You may also want to tell a friend of your goal so that he/she can be your cheerleader. That person could help to hold you accountable. Who knows? You may even inspire him/her to set some goals - and that's not a bad thing either.
